  • We can accommodate up to 36 guests comfortably.

    • Rottnest Island: Minimum of 6 hours

    • Carnac Island: Minimum of 5 hours

    • Swan River: Minimum of 4 hours

  • $485 per hour (20% surcharge applies on public holidays). Additional fees may apply for certain jetties or locations.

  • An experienced skipper and crew, BBQ, Weber, stove, fridge/freezer, large eskys (BYO ice, or we can also organise ice for an extra fee) sound system, and plenty of space to relax.

    We can organise a caterer for extra fee, depending on type of food you want and serve on board. Just let us know in the booking process and we’ll get it sorted.

  • Yes, you're welcome to BYO. Let us know in advance if you’d like us to cook a BBQ for you, or we can organise a caterer for extra charges depending on type of food you want and serve on board. Please bring disposable cutlery, plates, and tumblers—or reusable ones if you're happy to take them home after.

  • No bottles of spirits are permitted on board. You may bring mixed drinks and pre-mixed cans.

  • We pick up from several jetties. Some are free, and some have extra charges:

    • Free: Sardine Jetty, East Street Jetty

    • Fee applies: Mosman Park ($250), Claremont ($250), Barrack Street ($470 one way)

  • Submit your preferred date, times, and whether you’d like a BBQ. Tentative bookings are held for 48 hours. Once confirmed, a 35% deposit is required, and full payment is due 7 days before departure. You can get started here.

  • If cancelled within 7 days of the charter, the deposit is non-refundable. A $500 bond is also held in case of damages—it will be refunded after the charter if everything’s in good order.

  • Our charters are extremely popular, so if you’ve got a special event in mind, you will want to make a booking request as soon as possible to secure your date.

  • To make the most of your day on the water, here’s a handy checklist of what to bring aboard your Sunset Coast Charter:

    🍴 Food & Drinks

    • Plenty of food and snacks for your group

    • Water for your crew

    • Ice for the eskys (we recommend at least 5 bags), or let us know in the booking process if you need us to supply ice

    • Your choice of drinks (no bottles of spirits—cans and mixed drinks are welcome)

    • Let us know in advance if you’d like us to cook a BBQ for you!

    • We can organise a caterer depending on type of food you want and serve on board, this will be quoted accordingly in the booking process.

    🍽 Serving Items

    • Disposable plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins
      (Reusable items are okay too—just make sure to take them home with you at the end)

    👙 Swim & Sun Essentials

    • Bathers, towel, and change of clothes

    • Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses

    • A light jacket or windbreaker (it can get breezy on the water)

    📸 Extras

    • Phone or camera for photos

    • Bluetooth playlist if you have one (we’ve got a great sound system on board!)

    • Any personal items or medications you may need

    We’ve got fridge and freezer space on board, plus BBQ facilities, a gas stove, a Weber, and two large eskys to keep your drinks chilled. Just bring what you need, relax, and enjoy your day on the water.
